Staff is rude and always want to reschedule your appointments Staff says u must have a mask on even after Covid was over Receptionist wants us to to be rescheduled even if you are barley 7 min late and it took 10 minute to get into the parking lot g area. The manager was completely rude asking for my number so she can hear the recording of what was said and what time my dr apt was.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. i have been going to Dr Nguyen for 2 years. He listens to my health concerns and works with me in finding a solution for my health care needs. Dr Nguyen has always answered my health care questions thoroughly and i have had a good experience overall with his office.

Let me start by saying I don't give 1 star reviews lightly. I was seen by Ben Nguyen about a month ago and I am immediately changing my assigned PCP. I did not choose him, when I signed up for OPTUM I was assigned him. I will be choosing another doctor before I decide to leave OPTUM because I do not believe one doctor is representative of the whole group. He was in simplified terms arrogant and dismissive. Women, he said the words "sounds like PMS, have you heard of it". He recommended antidepressants before a simple blood hormone check. I have a close hormone specialist doctor friend who told me to get it checked and he proceeded to tell me "there is no check for that". Non-validating, in a rush, and unacceptable. Health care isn't cheap and schooling isn't short. This profession should be valued as a service to the paying public and valued for the time they spent in medical school. My advice is for Ben to find his passion because the medical field is not it.
