I do not recommend this notary service. Yolanda is very unprofessional. I scheduled a time with yolanda for document signing and received a voicemail from her an hour before our scheduled time. stating she would arrive to my house in 5 mins. She knew I was working and would not he home. So rude. After signing my Mortgage documents Yolanda Stated she would mail my copies asap. Ive reached out her two weeks later asking for my Copies that she has not sent. Yolanda has ignored my text and email.its been another two weeks and still have not received my copies or any response from Yolanda.

Yolanda notary person was very rude and unprofessional made us feel really uncomfortable with the questions they were asking did not really want to help. Just wanted to find something a problem so they wouldn't have to do anything. Very bad. Do not use these persons. It will make you feel terrible
