Western Dental & Orthodontics offers convenient and affordable dental care for patients of all ages. The office provides a variety of services including orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dental care. Patients commend the friendly and experienced dental professionals, highlighting the kindness and attentiveness of the staff.
The office is recognized for its efficient service, with procedures completed quickly and effectively. However, some patients have noted that there can be long wait times, with one mentioning a nearly hour-long wait despite arriving on time. Patients appreciate the clear communication from the hygienists, who take the time to explain procedures and address any concerns.
The office is also praised for its accommodating schedule, offering evening and weekend appointments as well as walk-ins. Western Dental accepts various dental plans, including Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental), and offers free exams and x-rays for new patients. Many patients have expressed gratitude for specific staff members, such as Ulan M., who took excellent care of them during their orthodontic treatment, and Daisy, the office manager, who has been very helpful. Overall, the friendly service from all staff, including Dr. Sadek and Supervisor Lorraine, contributes to a comfortable experience for returning patients.
I took my son here for his very first dental appointment and the dentist was absolutely wonderful. He was super fast and my son actually let him work on his mouth. I definitely am gonna be making sure he comes every six months because of how long my son behaved thank you guys so much. I recommend this place for anybody who has scared children.
This is the second time that I have to reschedule my appointment with the hygienist because I arrive on time and I have to wait almost an hour for them to see me, the rest is very good
After taking excellent care of my mouth and teeth for almost two years, my braces have finally come off. Ulan M. took great care to make sure the process went smoothly and my before and after pictures are night and day. Thank You Western Dental.
