“Our two liquid amber trees on the side of our house grew exceptionally fast this year due to all the rain we had this past winter. Branches grew way above our roofline, grew up against the side our house, and through the telephone wires in our alley. After requesting an estimate from Tavite's Tree Service web site at 9am, I immediately got a call back with a same-day one hour appointment time. They called when they were 15 minutes away, met my wife and I at noon and provided a reasonable price. Since they had their truck and equipment, we authorized the job and by 2:30 pm they had completed the tree trimming exactly to our specifications, and cleaned up all debris from their job. They are responsive, very professional and skilled, and accommodated all of our tree trimming requests. Will call them again in the future.“

“Had a backyard tree that was way overgrown and needed immediate service as some of the branches were blocking the power post cables and already growing towards the neighbors backyard. Contacted George’s Tree Service and got an immediate response from John who went that same day to provide a quote. Upon doing so we asked if he could do it the following day, John and his worker showed up the following day early morning and got straight to business, removed everything completely, and even removed a trunk we had there quite some time. “Today was the third time I’ve used Treewest for tree removal services and they did an outstanding job as usual. A week ago, I contacted them and Hector came out for an in-person estimate. I wanted to have 7 palm trees removed. Some of the trees were a little tricky as I have artificial grass under some of them, and one of them was on an elevated slope. He quoted a fair price so I made an appointment to have them removed. They arrived by 7:40am and set things up and by 8am they were cutting (probably didn’t want to start before 8am because of the chainsaw noise for the neighbors). They had a 3 person crew, one who climbed and cut the palms, and the other two to help as required. To protect the artificial grass from falling tree pieces, they laid out sheets of plywood. As another measure to keep falling tree trunk pieces from digging into and damaging the grass, they tied a rope to the heavy pieces and lowered them to the ground in a controlled fashion. And in the front yard where they had more room to work, they cut a couple of palms down with one cut. This way they didn’t have to worry about having falling trunk pieces damaging the artificial grass. They worked hard and fast and were pretty much finished just after lunch time. Since there was no room for stump grinding equipment in my yard, they did a good job in cutting the stumps as close to the ground, if not slightly below it, as possible. As far as cleanup, they hauled away everything and left the front and back yards cleaner than when they first started. Hector also had his guys clean up my remaining 3 palms, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Treewest if you need tree trimming or removal.“

“Citywide Tree Service gave me a bunch of mulch via my ChipDrop request. I was nervous about it due to the other review, but my experience was wonderful. They texted me beforehand to confirm the drop and the location. They came on time the next day and dropped the load as expected. They also helped me to adjust the pile since my drop site was a bit small.

The mulch itself was very nice. Lots of reasonably sized wood chips and fragrant with all the pine needles.“
