The Oncology Institute offers comprehensive cancer care. Patients have praised the friendly and caring staff, with doctors like Dr. Kim and Dr. Oranus described as nice, kind, patient, empathetic, informative, and professional. The front office staff are friendly. However, some have experienced challenges, such as the front desk not answering much, requiring multiple attempts to reach them. For some, wait times were quick, while a first chemo treatment took 6 hours, but the care and knowledge of the staff were tremendous, making one patient feel 99% better. The institute strives to deliver a nurturing and supportive environment for its patients during their difficult journey, with doctors providing corrective treatments and caring about their patients' health and wisdom in their profession. Parking was decent.
