He was very calm, helped walk my daughter through it, even though she was wanted to pierce her eyebrow she was nervous about getting it done but he was able to calm her through it all and took his time and had patience. Truly appreciate that. He also explained everything to my daughter and myself about the aftercare, cleaning it and taking proper care of the area so it didn't get infected.“
