I personally don't go hear I take my granddaughter for massages here they have various massages for different things. Since she is a dancer they give her a massage more for her legs and torso I don't know what it is called but it's to balance her legs out and make her torso more shapely and long. She comes out happy and relaxed and refreshed and ready for another hard week of practice.
