Customer service was great.Some of my keys didn't work so KeyMe referred me to another location and again, some of the keys didn't work but some did. They refunded my first transaction and didn't charge for the second.

I found a Kiosk at the Rite Aid near me. It was fast, easy and professional. I did noticed my discount was not added to my order. But I would suggest the company fix the glitch. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, timely and great price! The new key even works better than the original that needs a little shifting every once in a while. 3/6/21 - 2nd time user and the experience was just as excellent!!Service: Car key copying
