Katie took me on the spur of the moment and was welcoming ! Her hands are excellent and she has the exact correct pressure to clear the hair without hurting at all. She works very systematically and was done in a very short amount of time yet took her time all the while! Hard to describe, but I have had my face and neck threaded for many years and many of the aestheticians, do not have good hands and make it a painful experience. This was painless.! Katie took me on the spur of the moment. She was excellent threading and took her time, thorough and gentle. She also did a very good job tinting my eyebrows. They are blonde and tricky to tint without making me look like a vampire. She understood what I wanted to a perfect result! I referred a friend and she came right in and is very happy with her results too!

The only negative comment I have is that I didn't come here sooner. I had never threaded but wanted to give it a try. I called to schedule an appointment when I was available and Katie was very accommodating. I have a low pain tolerance but my eyebrows didn't hurt too much. She left them looking amazing. My upper lip is another story, but I have a Madonna piercing and could never shave the hair around the piercing. I also scheduled a Brazilian with her and she left me as bald as my boyfriend's head.
