They're great! They were on time, friendly, and courteous. It was also super convenient to be able to order and pay online. This was my first time using them and I will use them again.
Would highly recommend this company. They were so accommodating to a schedule change we unexpectedly incurred. We needed to cancel 1 1/2 days before our party due to a medical emergency and they were so understanding and they even offered a reschedule without us asking. Then 4 months later when I inquired on a Thursday about possible Sunday rental they gladly accommodated, even providing the original unicorn design we had chosen. They arrived at 830am for 11am party, did quick set up, and then returned about 12 hours later for pick up so we had a full day of use. Very polite. We really appreciated their kindness and compassion to our family and the bounce house was a hit! Great prices too!
