We took advantage of a promotion to unclog one of our bathtub, drains, however, the thorough inspection that Michael did revealed a much larger issue. While it was disappointing as new homeowners to learn about some problems with the piping underneath the home, we were appreciative of him taking his time to take photos and videos documenting the problem, explaining how it could impact our home, and the options for addressing the matter. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He offered multiple quotes, addressing the single drain issue as well as more comprehensive repairs without pressure.
