I can’t say enough good things about Guerra Gutierrez Mortuary. Thanks to Becky’s and Joel’s expertise and guidance we had the most beautiful services for our family member. They helped us arrange every single thing that was needed, which helped us a ton while we grieved. If they had not have been so helpful, we would not have been able to get through it. Had the unexpected passing of my husband in late April and I would like to give a big thank you to Armando and his staff at the Covina location. He walked my stepdaughter and myself thru the process, always listening to what we wanted and never pushing for more. On the day of the service, everything was beautiful, organized and a great celebration to my husband. Thank you for making this difficult time a true blessing for our family.

Excellent customer service from Guerra & Gutierrez. This mortuary and specifically Joel Ramirez took care of EVERYTHING with complete professionalism and lots of compassion. They were very accommodating to all our wishes. I was told many times how beautiful everything looked. Even the sound was superb. To be honest, they exceeded our expectation.
