Goldenstar Development, Inc.

We are throughly pleased with our remodeling experience with Goldenstar Development. We have an older home and wanted to update our bathrooms and master bedroom. Shem was instrumental in creating the look we wanted. He and his team were very respectful of our home and were excellent at their craft. We
had daily communication with the staff and we knew what was going to happen each day. The work was done in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more pleased with our newly remodeled bedroom and bathrooms.
We will continue to refer anyone who asks to Goldenstar Development.
Thank you for the beautiful updated remodel.

Golden Star has completed a dozen roof replacements and several repairs at our townhome development. In each case they have worked well with the board, the city permit process, communicated well about schedules and progress, and done excellent work all around. As a multi-unit homeowners association, work of this kind can be a challenge. They’ve managed the various homeowner involvements very well with a high degree of owner satisfaction. I look forward to working with them again.

Shem, Martin, and their team were very helpful when we unfortunately had some water damage that needed to be repaired. They were very easy to work with, very responsive, always on time, and kept us updated every step of the way. Would definitely use them again for another project!
