Cute little ballon store, they offer a great variety of balloons. I purchased balloons online and had them blow them up for me. The price was reasonable and they were very careful when blowing them up.
After searching for a place to do balloons, we came across Fancy Nanci Balloons here in Whittier! There were so many options for designs and lots of colors to choose from! Ultimately we chose these for a baby shower and it came out absolutely amazing! Nanci was very nice and very professional and we will definitely be back to her business for more when we have another party!
