Complete trash. My package has been there for 10 days now, and just got "scanned into sack or container".... It's been at Whittier longer than it's gonna take across the Atlantic Ocean to get to Norway. Let that sink in.
I run DHL e-commerce this morning as they didn’t leave a calling card when they tried to deliver a parcel. I found the customer service advisor at DHL e-commerce very arrogant and love the sound of our own voice so I just let her talk and that was it!
My package has been here for close to a week going on 2 weeks now just chilling, worthless company. Businesses should exclusively list which logistics company they deal with so I can stay away from this service. Every time DHL is involved this is the way they operate. If there were no star rating I would choose 0 stars
