The service I'll be rating is brow threading and brow wax. Celia is excellent at making your brows look the way YOU want them. She takes her time to give you the right shape and form. She also does brow wax if threading is too painful for you. I usually prefer wax, but I allow a little bit of threading so Celia can give my brows the best form and shape I desire. The fee is $10 for brows only.
