Believe the hype! I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm moving to Japan and I called for a last minute appointment. They were trying to accommodate me but they only had morning appointments. I told them I had my son and wouldn't be able to make it so I would just skip it. The gal on the phone said oh no it's ok, you can bring him! People do it all the time! I thought that was awesome and crazy because I've never heard of a dentist office suggesting that especially since my son is 15 months old! So I show up for the appointment ready to apologize profusely for my son being a major inconvenience, but it was not necessary. They not only tolerated my son's presence but they actually catered to him! They turned on cartoons for him. He sat in my lap most of the cleaning and when he became scared of what they were doing to my mouth and started screaming they took breaks and gave him little things to play with to distract him. He was not easily consoled and it was becoming difficult to get through the cleaning. Norma suggested a lollipop and ordinarily we don't give him candy but desperate times call for desperate measures. That worked great and he was calm and happy with his dum dum. Norma was the baby whisperer and sang songs to him and played with him. They were short staffed and she was doing her hygienist work and the front desk! And also was the kindest and best baby sitter while they finished my X-rays and polishing. My son took to her instantly and they were best friends while I was getting the last stuff done for my appointment. I cannot thank you guys enough for being so accommodating during this super stressful week of moving! Fenix says a special thank you to his new friend Norma. You will have a customer for life and I'm sharing this with all of my friends.
