After two hours of tearing my house apart looking for my keys, I called Alan in a panic. I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. He responded immediately and got to me so fast! He was incredibly kind and professional, even when I had to admit I found the keys while he was already working on my car. I asked him to go ahead and make me a spare anyway, and also a house key since he was already there. He didn’t hesitate, and despite the mix-up, he stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. Just after getting off the phone with Alan he arrived at my house lightning fast. He cut a brand new car key for me in a matter of minutes. One of the best Locksmith's as far as I'm concerned.

Conversation was quick and to the point. Did quick work, even with a broken key in my car's ignition (which he easily removed). Took about an hour from start to finish (from removing the module to putting it back in).
