Unreal. After reading these 200 comments I had to laugh cause it's exactly what happened here. What a waste and I can't even start on what a bunch of crap this was. All I can say is I canceled AHS warranty on the spot and hired a real plumber that had seventy five 5 stars and no issues. Obviously with 200 outta 202 negative comments they, like the warranty companies, could care a less!

LIAR AND THIEF BEWARE!!! We just moved into our new house a couple of months back and had an issue with our kitchen water line and some flooding in our guest house. Old Republic sent the work order to him, Mister ABE himself. He charged us to install a new line, no problem. He charged us $150 out of pocket, despite that a portion was supposed to be covered by the insurance. Then, the real issue.He charged us $300 for a shut-off valve for water that feeds into the water heater of our guest house. If you're going to charge me OUT OF POCKET and claim the insurance would not cover it, you better have the right line, or AT LEAST come offer to fix YOUR mistake. To top it off,...read full review

They do not provide a warranty for their service, and simply do not care if the customer is satisfied or not, or if they are experiencing trouble or an issue with their service. They DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. They only procedure that they have right--is the procedure of how to take your money. That is the most important aspect of the transaction to them.
