Used them once before, and service was great. Called them Labor day weekend because theA/C went out in our Air bandb and our guest were miserable. Called their emergency number, couldn't get an answer. To be fair, when I finally did speak to someone, they informed me everyone was out with Covid. Today is the Day after Labor day, and I have yet to get a return on my phone call. We'll see what happens from this point forward.Service: A/C system repair
I have a mini split with back up forced air. The original contractor had installed it incorrectly. Dominic did a great job diagnosing and sorting out the few fixes within an hour. They showed up on time and did the job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Almanor Energy.
What an amazing company! This company recently put in 2 new heating and Air conditioningunits of in our Lake Almanor cabin. They did an outstanding job. The units worked wonderfully. However, this weekend, when it's getting down into the 20s, the upstairs unit would not turn on the heater. We called their company headquarters and was told that they would immediately, take a technician off of another job and send him over ASAP. That is exactly what happened. Within about half an hour, We had the technician here and he gave us a simple lesson on why the unit failed to turn on. Apparently, it was operational error.
