This company is predatory, it trolls through certain apartment complexes that use Nordic Security who allows them to tow cars without notifying the owners for accidentally forgetting to put their permit up. Not a good company.

Got quoted to have tow truck come out in an hour. Decided to get a locksmith to come out because it would be cheaper to tow a car in neutral. Waited 2 hours in total and a tow truck never came out. Got charged a $50 cancellation fee after waiting 2 hours. Terrible service.Service: Car towing

Unfortunately I had to get my car out of the impound but my battery was dead and I did not have the car key with me at the time. I called 2 different towing companies near me and decided to go with this company bc I wanted to save myself some money. This review isn’t for the whole company itself but most for one of the drivers which sadly are the front faces of the company. Upon arriving the driver parked right in the middle of the street and because of this had an altercation with a driver in a different vehicle who was having difficulties getting through.
