Horrible place, do not go here. Very unprofessional and no accountability when ruining the quality of clothes. She blamed us saying it was our fault that we didn’t try on the outfit in front of her yet though she rushed us out when we picked it up because she wanted to close early. Save your clothes and go to a professional that knows how to do the job the right way. I had to take my outfit to a different place and pay again to have a professional fix it and while doing so they pointed out all the wrong things this place did to the outfit.

Regret to come to this place, because new owner doesn't know what to do. Who iron with the plastic still in the collars? How dumb are you, really? My shirt look way better before I gave them . I just bought the shirt 3 weeks ago and they hold for a week to fix it. So so regret and they even said oh it look good yes it look good like their faces??. I paid $105.60 they will pay 10x more.

I rarely review but I am compel to do this review. I dropped off jackets and suits a couple months ago. Due to various family emergencies, we couldn't go get them. When we call in with our receipt number, the lady said she couldn't find it. Like she never even have her own receipt. She said if clothes been there for a couple months and not picked up they donate. Which I highly doubt. This suit and couple other items worth hundreds of dollars. I asked how come she never call she said they have hundreds and don't have time to call. Customer service is the worst. Never been to any place this bad before. Don't go here if you're the busy type and tend to forget certain things until later.
