He called me a few minutes later to tell me he'd found all the parts he needed to fix my problem and was on his way that afternoon. The workers were on time, kept us informed, and cleaned up. It is rare to find such quick responses these days. I'd be happy to recommend or use them again. New York Plumbing has been in business for four generations and is a family run company.
