I've been going to Ray's to get my hair cut for a couple years. Ray does a decent job cutting/trimming men's hair. I don't know if he does females' hair or not. Ray,, generally, does not use an appointment system, though he may make exceptions on Saturdays. His prices are quite reasonable and he is very personable. I will keep going to this shop.
