Peek Funeral fell short on some major areas, which I outline below. But because it also fulfilled key aspects of planning a Vietnamese funeral in a non-flakey, mostly compassionate, and earnest manner, I steer toward 4 stars rather than 3 stars, and outline serious feedback I hope they think about improving on. I sincerely hope that operations, professionalism, and customer service improve so that this entity can be even better, as it plays host to a key Vietnamese immigrant population of the entire world outside of Vietnam.(+) Well-versed in Vietnamese Buddhist traditions for planning a ceremony. My family used this funeral home for my father and it was an amazing service. It is more expensive in comparison to other funeral homes in the area but to have cremation on site was so helpful. We used chapel 5 and was impressed by the facility itself. There are bathrooms on site. We liked used the kitchen nook, had plenty of cabinets for storage. They allowed use of two big tables and side table. We brought our own tables for a memorial table and the staff was super helpful. We didn't really know what to do for the proceedings but they guided us through each step and answered our many questions throughout the process. Special thanks to Triet for responding quickly to our text messages and make the process easier. Also to the staff that worked the memorial weekend. Thank you for helping us through the two days. He even remembered our names and helped line us up. Our father had many temples that came out but it did not faze the staff and they kept us on schedule. Thank you for helping us through this difficult process and providing a memorable service for our father.

Co Linda, Chu Dung, Chu Tuy, Co Xuan Y and crematory staff were very attentive, kind, and caring in making sure our family had time to mourn for our dad, without worrying about the "ceremonial details" that came with the funeral and crematory processes. We bought a medium priced package, from Anthony, that included everything, from "khan tang, thiep cam on, quyen sach ky ten, com cung, hoa, etc." So, the only things we had to worry about was creating the slideshow, arranging the monks for the ceremonies, and bringing food/snacks for the guests and families. Room #1 was well lit, well kept and maintained. It was set up like a "church with pews" style, and a standing cube for giving eulogy. The room was airy and cool, also equipped with decorated altars, big screen TV, microphones and speakers. Restroom and sitting couches were near the entrance to the side. Chu Dung and Chu Tuy were loving and amazing taking care of our family's needs on the day of the ceremony, guiding us each step of the way. Dad was able to rest peacefully and comfortably. All families, friends and guests were impressed by the Peek staff services. I would highly recommend Peek Funeral and Crematory services for your dearly departing loved ones. Both my grandparents, uncles, and friends' funeral services were held here prior to dad's service as well.
