Wow so unprofessional!!! The lady that answered my phone call just now was very rude. I was calling to ask about filling out a form from my taxes and to see if they were going to be able to assist me and she didn't even let me explain to her what I needed. I'm aware youre about to close but it's just a question. Very rude and just hung up on me. You answered the phone..Why answer at all if your not going to listen or assist someone? I didn't want to waste my time going in. Just don't pick up the phone next time of your not willing to help. I can see why this pace has bad reviews.

This place is horrible at answering the phone, I've been trying to get ahold of them to get a copy of some paper works and it's been over a week and still haven't seen any sign of it. I think it is the businesses responsibility to ensure that their costumers are met satisfaction in all circumstances.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the gentlemen that helped me was nice and respectful. On the other hand the lady working next to him was telling everyone in the small room how much the person next to me was making and talking about their finance out loud, if someone was saying stuff out loud about my information like that I was be so upset. Does she not realize this is people's personal information? have your employees lower their tone, I will make sure none of my siblings have her take do my taxes.
