Chi Tuyet cut my hair. She takes her time and really created beautiful layers. I really appreciate her ideas on how to make my hair fuller. Although it is small and doesn't have a lot of staff, they care about quality versus quantity. My grown children come here too and they also like this place because the stylists LISTEN to what you want. How rare is that! Women's cut $20 Men's cut $12 Perm $40
