Let me tell you guys my worst experience with Lotus Dentistry. My appointment today (Nov 16 at 2:00pm). I showed up there at 2:00pm and checked in at the reception, after 40 minutes waiting at front desk they called me going to see dentist. A nurse prepared everything, let me lying down on the chair, later on the dentist came and he numbed my mouth (by an anesthesia injection) then he told me just wait for 5 minutes. After that, he went out then go to another room with another patient. What the heck!!! They let me lying down there with the direct light of lamp to my face and waiting without notice. At 3:15pm, I sat up then call somebody who passed by.... A lady came in and asked me to be calm down, another dentist with come and help me out because the first dentist was busy with another urgent case!!! At 3:30pm, after 1,5 hours waiting, another dentist came then said that he could take over the job from the first dentist. I don't mind abour dentist, any dentist and any doctor can do their job on my case, but the worst thing is "Customer Service", they don't know how to manage appointment and treat people, they really don't care about their customer, may be they recently have a good business and lots of customer that's why they don't need to get more patients. That was unbelievable and unacceptable!!! I wondered how they could treat their customer like that way. I came to Lotus dentistry a month ago for an examination, X-ray, talked to doctor then it took me 2 more weeks to make an appoinent for "root canal", I'm not a walk-in guest!!! Finally I decided to refuse the second dentist (after waiting forc1,5 hours) and asked for a refund. You guys better don't go to Lotus Dentistry.
