I haven’t even been to the shop physically yet, but the customer service I was given over the phone was unparalleled. Carlos and his shop definitely seemed to be an absolute diamond in the rough. I’ve been looking for shops to that would be able to take care of a tough repair. Carlos was the only gentleman who, while on the phone, asked me what the boot was called, asked me for the model, and which leather it was, and then proceeded to look at pictures on the boot companies’s website to see if he was confident in doing the repair. Really good experience here. He was friendly, fast, and paid attention to the details, which I really appreciated. I brought in a leather bag to have the straps shortened and he was thoughtful and easy to work with throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
Little family owned shoe shop like out of the past. Took a briefcase case in for repair and the owner advised I could actually do it myself! Which I did! I love the smell of the leather there. I have a pair of custom made boots I will certainly bring here!
