I was on this salon to ask a few questions about their eyebrow services, and the experience was awful. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was bothering them just by asking. They didn’t take the time to answer my questions properly and seemed completely uninterested in helping.

After all, I don’t like the service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. The prices are outrageously high, and the staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. The environment is uncomfortable – the overhead light kept flickering the entire time, causing my wife severe eye strain and headaches.

As for the service itself – it was a complete disaster. The brow work was done carelessly, leaving them uneven and poorly shaped. It’s clear that the so-called “professionals” here have no real skills or competence in their field. For the ridiculous price they charge, you’d expect at least decent results, but instead, it was a complete waste of money.

For the past 5 years, I've been bouncing between stylists because I never felt like anyone truly cared about my hair's health--until I found Katie. Not only does she do an incredible job bringing your vision to life, but she also prioritizes the health of your hair, and I can't express how much I appreciate that. I absolutely love how my hair turned out--she nailed it! I'll definitely be recommending Katie to my friends and family because I know they'll be in great hands. Thank you, Katie, for being such a thoughtful and talented stylist!
