Keith and his crew are extraordinary. Envirotech did both my windows and stucco and paint and not only is very professional, this company is dependable, affordable and does amazing work. Three other neighbors had work done by them so it was easy for me to meet with him but once we went into contract, he truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you team Keith. You’re truly the best and thank you for getting this job done before Christmas!!!
We first had Enviro Tech replace all or our custom windows, including 16 ft sliding glass doors! We trusted the team and loved the results so much that when needed, we went straight back to them for extensive exterior repair and painting to our 1956 home! The results are stunning. Our house looks and feels like a new home. Keith, Ramon, and the team were respectful (even the neighbors commented on how wonderful they were), professional, hard working, and trust worthy. We would recommend Enviro Tech again and again and again.
When you are serious about the BEST PAINT JOB FOR your home, think - Envirotech Constructors Our entire experience with EnviroTech Constructors from Start to Finish has been a TEN STAR EXPERIENCE! We were in dire need of getting our home updated with a new paint job. And we met Scott (one of the owners of EnviroTech, Keith P. is the other owner) at the right time. Our home was built in the 1960s and we moved in 22 years ago. And from the age of the paint and trim, it was in dreadful need of updating. Can't be certain if any of the former owners had it painted, but it sure didn't look that way. When we signed the contract, Scott stopped by to drop off the Sherwin Williams family of color selections for both a home's interior and exterior. Think along the lines of a Pantone Formula Guide. I also went online at Sherwin Williams to see the colors I liked, and could drop photos of our home to see how the house would look washed in certain colors. When I finally chose the paint colors Scott advised me to pick at least 3 each from the two different color families. Wanted the trim to be different than the main house color. Scott stopped by to apply the Sherwin Willams color samples on the trim and on the house itself. It took me much longer to finally pick out my two favorite selections, because I wanted to live with these colors more than a few weeks. And I did this, by going out at different times of the day to see how the sun or an overly, cloudy-gray day would influence how the color reflected back, via early morning, noon-ish, or early evening. My husband was the tie-breaker on the brown, and he chose wisely. Now, color is such a visceral (and personal) thing, at least to me, and I have to say, his final selection of the brown, was perfection, at least to us! Painters, Juan and Elio started on a Monday bright and early, and the preparation was something to behold! The first step: Water jetting the old paint trim and eaves, helps to remove much of the peeling paint, but also any dirt that has collected on or around the house the house. Next stage was sanding and patching all the cruddy areas. And there were plenty in this old home of ours. The windows properly sealed, and the house was first primed and sealed before the actual painting commenced on our single-story home. Plus, any stucco or wood trim that needed attention (stucco repaired and textured) - pretty much our entire old home - got it. The entirety took eight days to complete, but was so worth it! Two full days to paint and the final clean up, and the other 6 for the prep. But in those 8 full days of Juan and Elio working here, they cleaned up the areas each and every day before leaving for the night. And before they finished, they spent a number of hours going around making certain that every speck that might have been missed somehow during the rounds of painting, got their full attention and touched up. These guys have a great eye for detail, and I can be super picky noticing things like this. I tend to think of myself as a clean freak, but Juan and Elio out did me in making certain our property was left in excellent condition before they packed up everything and drove off. Giving props to Juan and Elio's attention to detail, along with their due diligence, politeness, respectfulness to our property to not only keep it clean but those of our next-door neighbor, was impressive. Our once, old-looking home got its MID-LIFE MAKEOVER with EnviroTech Constructors. And if we could grant them 10 Stars here on Yelp, we certainly would. Our neighbors have been complimenting the workmanship of Juan and Elio and one even wanted the name and phone number of EnviroTech to come and paint her home. And that says a lot! ** EnviroTech Constructors - for those who expect and deserve the VERY BEST! **
