I had my hair done by Phi and loved how it turned out! He was accompanied by Tuxedo, cute doggie, to keep me company during my hair appointment! Very happy with how my balayage looks and will definitely have my next appointment with both of them!
Modern and cute 2nd concept by Phillip Truong, hair master extraordinaire of the original Le Brian Salon. Mom and I have been going to Phi since forever. Mom is extremely picky about her hairstylists and the fact that we've been coming to Phi for over 10 years now says a lot. He's charming, funny, and hands down gives the BEST haircuts in OC. The cuts are beautiful and easy to style as well. Phi is a true entrepreneur and his newest venture offers another convenient option to pop in for services when you're down the other end of Little Saigon, a stone's throw from Phuoc Loc Tho plaza.
