Ladies and gentlemen don't bite the hands the will help you toward HAPPINESS by having Optimal Health!!! I'll give this upstair facility 9 out of 10 where Dr. Lam Huy work and assisting staffs. It's a hidden gem. Dr. Lam Huy has a good heart but i questions one or two end result, RESPECTFULLY.If anybody, can PREVENT diabetes and general health issues that will give us vitality for 8 to 20 years of our's lifespan extension of Optimal Health??? The messenger did a good job, but Dr. Huy was slow in his work. He looked down on ordinary people. Every time I come in, I let the patient sit and wait for at least 1 hour (in the clinic). Last night, I was waiting for 3 hours with fever, chills, cough and hunger raging in my stomach because I waited for him for too long and I was infected with Covit. He is not a good doctor. I hope the doctor will change the way he works to help you. Personally, I will not go to that complex anymore. After all the BS, why hire him???

I recently visited this medical office, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff displayed a level of unprofessionalism and anger that I found completely unacceptable. If you have more choices, you should consider the alternative medical office.It’s would be helpful if the leadership at Bolsa Medical Group could address this issue and provide training for their staff to enhance communication skills and professionalism. Thank you!
