Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff kindly helped me see the doctor quickly. I was in severe pain with swelling in my neck, shoulder, and arm, and Dr. Tony Tran was very caring, thorough, and professional. He ordered all the necessary tests and took the time to explain everything clearly.
I'm feeling a little better today, but I especially appreciate Dr. Tran's kindness, patience, and compassion. His care gave me confidence and peace of mind during a very painful time.

I was a patient here for my whole childhood, and can say their services are unorganized, slow, and unprofessional. Let's go over each of those.
Unorganized: With outdated computers and sorting methods, i've repeatedly seen workers lose files and have had my medical records temporarily lost. It is clear through the massive board of sticky notes and pinned papers that their operations are cluttered and inefficient at best.
Slow: Every, with no exaggeration, every appointment I've made has at least 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of wait. Show up to the appointment on time and you will very likely he disappointed, as it takes the same time roughly as walk-ins ironically.

The worse office I’ve ever been to cant get the meds I need they hang up on you then they stop answering the phone completely there rude they do not care about there patients wellfare at all if I were you and I had the option, I would not go to this office whatsoever
