I got my eyebrows done by Cece 2 years ago. They took about 1 month to complete their healing process. They were perfect! I loved them so much. It took 2 years to need a touch up, that's how long they lasted for me. I just got my touch up last week. Cece is so sweet and patient. She really knows her stuff.
