I've never walked into the branch, however I can only imagine how exceptional it would be after dealing with Yana and Alain in loans. Both were absolutely professional, attentive, accommodating, and always available for my questions and requests at nearly all hours of the day. They worked so hard to help me get a 2nd loan on my property in this current market where no one would allow it. The entire loan experience with them has been nothing but a pleasure. The Westlake US Bank branch is one of my favorite banks to work with thanks to their awesome manager, Yana Hatem. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. All of my banking needs are always handled with sincere care. I can't recommend this bank enough!
