I was in recently for a 25 minute complimentary stretch with Chris. He was great! Talked me through all the stretches, told me what muscles he was working and what to expect. Very intuitive and you could tell he really cared about my experience. Space is very clean and spacious and plenty of parking. Can't wait to go back and try one of the classes. I am training for the Malibu Triathlon, so keeping my muscles stretched and in good shape will only help my training and recovery.

I am a former athlete facing the reality of age of running my own biz and have been looking for a stretch option for a while. I gave stretch lab a shot but their packages were shockingly high and it was apparent most of the people there were insurance subsidized (medi-cal). In short, I tried it once and never had any desire to go back. StretchCoast was a completely different experience. My complimentary session was efficient with a knowledgeable trainer.
