I dropped my computer flat on the concrete as my computer bag unzipped. They recovered almost all of the data and fixed the damaged parts for a good price. They diagnose and quote before they do any work and that was nice. They are even keeping my drive for the weekend to try and recover the corrupted files. I would recommend them to anybody.

If I could give them 10 'stars', I would! They not only fixed my issues for a very fair price, but serviced it 2 more times right after because of my mishaps and lack of computer knowledge. They were helpful and polite with each visit and never made me feel 'stupid' due to this lack of knowledge, like I have experienced in the past with other computer whizzes! If you have issues... Oaks Data Systems is the place to go! Their address is a little confusing, but well worth the time to find!!!
