I got my hair dry styled by Stephanie at the Westlake Location. She did an amazing job and I loved the curls. I asked for tight curls because I would need the style to last a couple hours until my event and they were perfectly loose by the start of the night.

does depend on the stylist - I have great and not very good blow drys here at this location. After about six months I canceled my membership- I believe all stylists should be able to execute at btw minimum the blow drys displayed and offered in the look book. I will say when I had long hair I had better experiences but once I cut it shoulder height, some stylists were unable to execute even the most basic styles.
