What I didn’t expect was to be treated with such kindness, compassion and respect not only from Dr. Mimi, but from my very first interaction with Sarah who made my appointment, with Kayla the Dental Assistant who assisted Dr. Mimi with all her work, with Josh who dealt with our insurance and payment, with Crystal who cleaned my teeth. The staff show such respect for the patients but also the way they all work together is very special to see. Dr. Mimi is so kind and supportive to her staff which is rare to see from my experience from dentist to their staff. I live in Sherman Oaks and would drive anytime to Westlake to be given such excellent care and kindness from the team.
