I engaged Mrs. Khousheh Azmoudeh, a Realtor from Coldwell Banker, as our Realtor when I was pressed to sell our Thousand Oaks property quickly due to a serious illness of my wife.We had previously lived in several different states and accordingly experienced several real estate transactions. Khousheh was the real estate agent I selected after speaking with her and another agent. During the selection process, it became clear to me that Khousheh would be a far better realtor than the alternative. The experience in selling the house proved me right. She distinguished herself in multiple ways: First, she took a very careful look at the house, went over the available data to help set a list price for the house. Khousheh is excellent. She is a pleasure to work with. She had put lots and lots of efforts and hard-work in both finding and selling our home. She is very thorough and stays on top of her work. When we put our house in market to sale, she took really good care of our house. We didn’t really have to worry about anything because we knew our house was in good hands. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and we appreciate her patience throughout the process.
