The facility is clean and well-spaced, with a welcoming atmosphere created by friendly staff members like James, who provides excellent customer service. The gym's location in Playa Vista is convenient, and members have praised the staff for their quick thinking and helpfulness, which enhances the overall experience. The equipment is well-organized, and the environment encourages members to take their health to the next level. While the gym is generally highly recommended, some concerns about outdated shower heads and occasional missing toilet paper in the mornings have been noted. Overall, LA Fitness is known for its facilities and exceptional service.
Was met by James outside of the location and offered me a quick workout/tour. The gym was clean and equipment racked and not scattered around like most commercial gyms. If you’re ready to take your health to the next step then swing on by and talk to James. The first conversation with James was welcoming and thought I was a complete stranger, I didn’t feel out of place/lost due to the positive words from James. James will take care of you and give you a glimpse of what you can achieve through hard work, discipline, and commitment to yourself!
Reasonable gym, but,in the Westchester gym, they do not have toilet paper in the mornings, in the stalls .. Moreover, Shower heads, should be adjusted. They simply outdated and out control.
I used to be a member here back when I was in high school and had to quit since I went to school out of state. I came back to visit my family and Logan hooked me up and showed me all the improvements that were made in the gym since I used to be a member here. I definitely recommend you to check this location out as it’s the cleanest LA Fitness location in the area with the newest equipment.
