I was slightly hesitant on going here due to the reviews BUT lucky for me, they had a same day opening! I don't see how they have so many bad reviews. The optometrist is so nice and literally knowledgeable, explains things in ways we can actually understand and is honestly a super chill guy. His staff is really nice and knowledgeable also.

Literally zero pressure, you want glasses or contacts through them great but if you don't that's cool too.

And the wait was 2-4 weeks not the 10 like other reviews have stated but each case is different I guess. Also, the 2-4 wk wait is what most optometrist offices say even though they get the glasses in much quicker.

I have been a loyal patient for five-plus years. Dr. Ngo is professional and knowledgeable, and he knows exactly what you need. I go to both locations every six months for my contacts and glasses.

Another great appointment with optometrist he is very personable and thorough with the exam. The assistant Juana is my absolute favorite she always helps me pick out my glasses and gives me honest feedback she also noticed that the frame I picked out had the wrong price on it and that saved me about $80 she is very good at her job. They are getting busier so word is getting out about how great they are I just hope they always stay in West Sac.
