Okay, let me start by saying that my situation might be that 1 in a thousand. Took my blazers in for dry cleaning on Tuesday AM, promised they’ll be done by Thursday after 4PM. Arrived Thursday after 4 and was told my blazers were no where to be found. After the gentleman called a few other branches (sourcing out dry cleaning now?), nothing… my heart dropped thinking they lost my blazers. Alas! He found it in a bag waiting to be sent out for cleaning… at this point I just asked for a refund and I think I did pretty well not explode and throw expletives left and right. Unreliable, deceitful, and unprofessional service and management. Do not trust dry cleaning your belongings with this business!I brought in items for dry cleaning. Two of these items were a jacket and a wrap coat both of which had belts attached to them. When picking up my items I noticed and quickly pointed out to the attendee (who turned out to be the owner) that the belt for the wrap coat was missing. Unreliable, deceitful, and unprofessional service and management. Do not trust dry cleaning your belongings with this business!I brought in items for dry cleaning. Two of these items were a jacket and a wrap coat both of which had belts attached to them. When picking up my items I noticed and quickly pointed out to the attendee (who turned out to be the owner) that the belt for the wrap coat was missing. He said he would try to find it and would call me the next day. A week went by and I did not hear from him so I called to follow up. He said he couldn't find the belt but had others I can come and take instead. I refused the offer because this wrap coat came with a specific belt. Without the belt the entire coat could not be worn and it was ruined. When I asked for reimbursement the owner refused and accused me of not disclosing the belt when I brought it in. The belt was attached to the coat just like the other jacket's belt and it is an item I bring in frequently for dry cleaning. More than once, the owner admitted to me that belts get lost all the time during their cleaning process but it's not their fault. Clearly they shouldn't be conducting business if this irresponsibility is so frequent. Furthermore, he lied to me when he said I turned in 6 items but my copy of the receipt says 7. He also lied about their protocol saying that the customer must report belts and accessories but I read the protocol on my copy of the receipt and it does not say that at all. Throughout the entire conversation he was rude: saying they can't trustthe customers, saying to me that he was wasting his time taking with me, and continuously avoided taking responsibility of their mistake.This was one of my favorite coats but without the belt it is ruined. I HAD been a loyal customer for years but ruining my items I will never go back and have already started to spread the word. Instead of helping a long-time customer, or owning up to his staff's negligence, Lowe's dry cleaners ownership does not care about their customers belongings, and would rather put blame on their customers and lose business than conducting an honest job.Don't just take my word for it, you can find other reviews posted here and elsewhere of similar feedback about their poor conduct of business. You're better off taking your business elsewhere
