The person cutting my hair was really inexperienced and messed up my hair a little, but it was cheap so I don't mind. I wish I would have been told I was going to be set up with a trainee though. I had to have them change the length almost 3 times,

When I entered the business, the front lobby had no customers waiting. I check in. Three customers walk in and check in at the register. They let one of them go before me. Then another. When I brought it to their attention, the stylist said they checked in before me. Whaaaat?They must have been waiting outside. If so, why are they checking in when I’m waiting already.They get the one star for letting me share their heating. Of course I’m not coming back.Follow up review- on 12/4/23, the manager responded and told me that the customers registered on line before they came in. I appreciate the follow up. Hence, I changed the stars from 1 to 4.

Went in when they were super busy expecting to wait >1 hr. They were able to see me in under 30 minutes, and left me looking fresh! Eric gave me a sick fade, easily the best I’ve ever received. It can be a real challenge to get a good men’s hair cut at a Great Clips, but he changed my mind. Eric even went the extra mile, styling it and trimming my eyebrows and mustache (I’m terrible at that). Huge thanks from a happy customer!
