I used this florist because it was local but never again. They confirmed the order, took the money and never delivered the flowers. These flowers were for a specific date which they confirmed and NOTHING. Tried calling them numerous times, no answer. Sent email, no response. Very bad and will never use or recommend again.

I was so excited to send my friend a floral arrangement for her birthday from another state. Initially they seemed very kind and helpful, but half of the flowers were already dying when they got to my friend. The next day most of them were dead. I called for them to correct this and they said they would send her another bouquet, but they never did. I am extremely disappointed in this service and lack of follow through. It was a lot of money for old flowers and lack of fulfilling my gift to my friend. I am sorry to do this, but I am very upset about this service when I payed over 100$.

I placed my order on Thurs at 12pm and had it delivered next day at 9am. I first input my delivery information incorrectly so I called and spoke with Rosa. She kindly corrected the delivery address. The order came on time and flower stand turned out beautiful. My Uncle that pass, Im sure he loved it. Thank you Rosa for your service.
