Highly recommend Custom Gate, they installed our gate in 2015 and have been extremely responsive for all service calls and gate maintenance since that time. They are the only gate company we use. Dave the owner is extremely helpful and will walk me through any issue on the phone to resolve it in an effort for me to avoid a service call fee... love that!

Our experience with Custom Gate & Access has been very good over the past 10 -15 years. They have installed three different sets of gates for us and have been very responsive to any service calls we have requested. David, the owner and Cynthia, the office manager, get right back to us, in a timely manner for any scheduling needs. The quality of their product is excellent and their follow up has been stellar. Very easy to work with and the best part is David is willing to walk me thru over the phone any troubleshooting that I may be able to do on my own, rather than having a service call. Highly recommend this company! No need to look any further!
