This level of customer service is RARE these days, but at UFS this is really just their standard. “My car was extremely dirty on the inside. He looked at it and said “oh this is no problem it’s not bad at all!” With the greatest attitude. (Side note: it was absolutely horrible) It helped me with my embarrassment. lol. The customer service is 10/10. He got my car looking like I just drove it off the lot. I had to wait with my car and he made sure to keep me updated and also check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I also appreciate how he cleaned my baby’s car seat!
