I called to get info about my generator for my RV, someone took out a power poll and we've got no power. My husband needs oxygen and I couldn't get my generator going. Flava (hope I spelt it correctly), was awesome and told me how to drain the carburetor. Hopefully I can get it going. But I will DEFINITELY be calling him again for any future needs. Because if you live in an RV you know something will always go wrong. Lol ? Thank you again for your wonderful customer service and help. ? JC
