SCAMMERS. I was locked out of my apartment and the manager was gone so I had to call a locksmith. I have zero knowledge about locksmiths so I tried to find a nearby, well reviewed one on the internet. Unfortunately, I found these crooks. And before I finish my story, if you look at all the good reviews of this company on Google you'll see that the people writing them have been using a lot of locksmiths lately. They've all written glowing reviews of multiple "locksmiths" in the past few weeks. And these people must really travel a lot as they use locksmiths all over the country within a few days of each other. I'm sure these businesses are all part of the scam these guys...read full review
Scam artists! They connected me with a locksmith, I made an apt. He didn't show so I called and he said he'd be by in an hour (he clearly forgot). He spent 4 hours taking personal calls on his phone, fiddled with my gate lock, and charged $620. A week later it was broken again. He didn't replace the lock despite claiming he did. When I called to say it was still broken he told me he was out of town and would come Monday (he didn't show up today). I called West Hollywood Locksmith. Nothing, no call back. STAY AWAY.
I literally called this company EIGHT times and had been waiting for a locksmith since 8:43AM and they didn't even have anyone call me back until 1:33PM after they told me EIGHT different times someone would call me within minutes. If you're in a hurry DO NOT- under any circumstances- try to user this company.
