Pipedream Products

Would definitely avoid. The product I purchased was faulty. After having no luck with the retailer (they wanted a video of me using the item), I contacted the manufacturer, Pipedream. Instead of chasing it up with the retailer and making them fix the issue, Pipedream would give me a replacement if I paid international shipping fees amounting to more than what the item is worth. Poor customer service from a company that has no faith in their own products. Avoid.

I purchased a device(Piper) that was supposed to have a years warranty on it! But when itfailed just after a couple of months I contacted their customer service and never heard from them again.Pretty poor service for something that cost $100 if you ask me!I would not purchase anything from this company and would caution anybody about doing busineness with them.Very shady company!!!!!

I am so disappointed in this company. I spent 100 dollars on a product that doesn't work and they will not provide a refund, even though camapareable companies will if you are unsatisfied with a purchase. This shows how little faith they have in their products and how little they respect their customers.
